Base Project

"BASE" is a simple simplified publishing and issue tracking system, fully compatible to trac (disabling a python package is enough to have the original trac functionality and look & feel).

The project serves additionally as an example for open-source integration barriers, as described in Tracx Vs Trac !

A Base Test Instance is available.
