Provide a Mailing-List integration for Trac (#77)
The goal is to provide a frontend for a mailinglist (most possibly mailman), thus trac can serve as a complete front-end for teams.
Trac-links would be enabled within the Mailing-list UI, and the UI would have the same nice quality and design like the other trac UI's.
