Payment Process

Developer should go relaxed into their weekend, without beeing afraid about a payment (especially at the beginning of a cooperation).

Goals

• Keep developer productivity and creativity up
• Avoid developer burn-out effects

Requirements

• weekly payments should be made on a fixed day prefered on Friday.
• electronic money transfer methods like paypal and moneybookers etc.
  • makes the amout immediately available.
• payments are made immediately after the planned work is done

Invoicing

Writing invoices can become a productivy and creativity killer.

A pointer to a document which describes the work done within a week is enouth to request the payment.

If an invoice is unavoidable, it should be written once per month or per quarter.
