This guidelines are valid for conversation subjecting internal and external project discussion resources.

• Keep topics strictly valid within the scope of the discussion resource
• Do not hesitate to open as much valid topics as neccessary to fulfill your tasks
• Keep a strictly technical and facts oriented tenor
• Refrain from answering immediately if you are emotially loaded

Off Topic

• Avoid involvement into off-topic discussion
• Notify conversation partners to open separate threads

Reputation

• Do not react negatively to messages which attack your reputation
• Notify conversation partners to take care of their own reputation

Focus

• Focus strictly on your goals and on the resulting tasks.
• Do not allow anyone to move your attention away from the topic of the conversation.
• Notify conversation partners about the need of focusation.
