Working Plans

Any interested party can drive those working plans forward, either by using the Commercial Services of by Claiming The Plan?.

Working plans are kept actual and in public. This way ongoing development is kept transparent, allowing 3rd parties to synchronize their efforts, even if they are not contributors to the project.

Working plans can have several forms:

  • A plan (ticket with 'type = plan')
  • A plan with an related Document (which describes the sub-tickets affecting the plan)
  • A plan with an related Milestone (which collects the sub-tickets affecting the plan)

At this point, most working plans apply to trac. The goal is to transform trac into an central open-source collaboration tool for projects..
