Description of Schevo Split

The Schevod Split was an unannounced (e.g. no deprecation warning) freeze of the active central schevo repository (SVN trunk), two days after publishing the new structure for testing into the root of the active project SVN.

It is notable that such a major change was not introduced within a 'branch' repository for testing.

This action has interupted several task, including some with a preparation time of some weeks.

This has led to several dealys and additional efforts during the Reengineering task.
