This is essentially a combination of a website review and an website redesing, including some coding tasks which affect related tools (Pudge Documentation Utility).

Websites

Starting Point:

  • Website designs not similar (Plone design, standard pudge design)
  • Content of Websites not in synch with actual status of code
  • Documentation Generation Process
    • not Coherent
    • not working on windows
  • Some websites and domains missing

Fulfilled Tasks:

  • Contributed an "orbtech.com" template to the pudge project
    • See  Pudge Issues
      • Enabled visual design of pudge templates (e.g. with Macromedia Dreamweaver)
      • Highlight the Selected Menu
      • Implemented generic way to provide template attributes
      • Provideded an "orbtech.com" pudge template for a complete website
  • Created an Website Generation Process based on Pudge.
    • provided workaround for issue #8
      • simplified documentation generation for developers on windows platform
